HSCSO Arrests & Charging Actions Since June 1, 2026

The Hot Spring County Sheriff's Office reports the following arrests and charging actions since June 1, 2026.

• Benjamin Welch - Probable Cause Affidavit completed and filed for charges of Breaking or Entering

• Dustin Daley - Arrested for Theft by Receiving

• Gordon Lemons - Arrested for two counts of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, eleven counts of Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact, and Indecency by Exposure

• Thelda Lemons - Arrested for Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution, a Class B Felony

• Kyle Dawson - Arrested for Theft of Property ($1000-$5000), a Class D Felony

• Brandy Ashley - Arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

• Candice Hunt - Arrested on a Probation Warrant

• Christopher Denham - Arrested for Driving on a Suspended License, No Insurance, and No Seat Belt

• Michael Carey - Arrested for two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Minor

• Shaun Spivey - Arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Heroin, or Cocaine with Purpose to Deliver and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

All individuals listed are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
